I am very much a solo traveler and I enjoy the moments of solitude in every trip I make. Am I lonely? No, alone but never lonely. I’ve never really understood the look of surprise on my many faces I meet along the way. There are many lone female travelers from Europe and America but it seems strange to see an Asian girl on her own. Well, I’m definitely not complaining about the attention I receive and it always bring a smile to my face whenever I meet new friends along the way for this very reason.
So, if you do happen to see me, do say hi and that will be really heartwarming.
